Authenticity Check

Confirms that your qualification certificate is genuine and was actually issued by the stated institution — verifying it has not been forged or falsified.

Authenticity + Accreditation Check

Confirms both that your certificate is genuine and that the issuing institution is officially recognised by the relevant national authority — the check most commonly required by Singapore MOM.

Note: All charges are exclusive of 8% GST. A 5% administrative fee will be charged for all checks. The “Additional Cost” column below only serves as a guide for additional costs that may be imposed by Education Institutions / Appointed Clearing Houses / etc. Verity will obtain your approval before proceeding. This includes any relevant service charges e.g. courier, bank transfer, etc, if any.

Note: The below only serves as a guide for the typical turnaround times experienced. Processing time only starts when we have all the required documents / information and when payment has been received.

Note: A 5% administrative fee will be charged for all checks. Kindly note that for any refunds, a processing fee of SGD 15 will be applied to any incorrect purchases. This fee covers Payment Gateway Charges and administrative costs incurred by Verity Intelligence.
