Verification Specialist

Job Description

  • Excellent customer service skills (including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport, matching and closing)
  • Genuine passion for speaking to customers, answering queries and a clear communicator
  • To ensure phone/email verifications are completed before deadline
  • Customer queries are answered with the aim of a first time resolution
  • To ensure that queries are responded to within our agreed response time
  • To ensure the best Customer Care experience is given to all customers
  • To achieve KPI’s whilst maintaining excellent quality
  • To handle verification across different platforms, including Telephony, Email, Social Media.
  • You will work with your colleagues across the department to complete a report
  • Be passionate about being the best you can be and want to achieve targets
  • Flexible for both the company and customers
  • Strong team working ability
  • Flexibility and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Ambitious and willing to accept new challenges

Required Skills

  • 1 to 2 years experience in a call/contact centre
  • Target oriented
  • Structured and follows SOP’s
  • Excellent communicator (Especially English – both Written & Spoken)
  • Team player
  • Great Interpersonal skills
  • Fast typist – 60 words per minute (will be tested during 1st interview)
Data Entry

Job Description

  • Data entry by compiling and sorting information
  • Create or update records with new files and information

 

Requirements

  • Dependable
  • Respects confidentiality and policies
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM
  • Must be able to communicate in English/ BM
  • At least 1 year working experience
  • Fresh graduates also encourage to apply
  • Able to use basic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Words
